Embedded Hardware Design

Develop electronic hardware systems including requirements specifications, system design, circuit designs, design verification test plans and documentation using

·        Micro-controller, DSP process or CPU selection based on the application requirements.

·        Design the hardware functional specification and block diagram including to specify the interconnections between CPU and other blocks like ADC/DCA, Codecs, drivers, communication ports, peripherals and etc.

·        Design the embedded hardware printed circuit board (PCB), make a prototype, software installation, test and troubleshooting.

Embedded Software Development

Controller with a dedicated function which is used for machinery control, digital signal processing like image processing, noise cancellation and so on or real time computing constraints. Equipped with a micro-controller or digital signal processor within a large mechanical or electrical system for a special application. Design and implement an embedded system as follow:

Artificial Intelligent Systems

Digital Signal Processors (DSP) take real-world signals like voice, audio, video, temperature, pressure, or position that have been digitized and then mathematically manipulate them. A DSP is designed for performing mathematical functions like "add", "subtract", "multiply" and "divide" very quickly. We provide clients required digital signal processing application like

·        Digital image processing deals with manipulation of digital images. It is a sub-field of signals and systems but focus particularly on images. DIP focuses on developing and processing on an image. The input of that system is a digital image and the system process that image using efficient algorithms and gives an image as an output. It has variety industrial and commercial applications. 

·        Industrial automation using digital signal processing which facilitates the robotic automation, motion control, object inspection and so on. The DSP-based solutions provide the best-in-class performance for real-time embedded analytics processing with scale-able solutions from single camera solutions to large, high performance computing systems used in different applications

·        Audio digital signal processing which covers many diverse fields, all involved in presenting sound to human listeners. Like: high fidelity music reproduction, such as in audio compact discs, voice telecommunications, another name for telephone networks, and (3) synthetic speech, where computers generate and recognize human voice patterns. While these applications have different goals and problems, they are linked by a common umpire: the human ear. Digital signal processing has produced revolutionary changes in these and other areas of audio processing.

Active noise cancellation ( ANC ) is a system or technique of applying an anti-noise waveform, which closely matches the shape and frequency of the offending noise waveform, at an angle of precisely 180 degrees out of phase from the noise at the point which they both reach the target area. Adaptive digital filters with the “least mean squares” (LMS) algorithm are developed in the DSP processor to realize the anti-phase acoustic waves for noise cancellation
