The Petrotech mechanical solutions provide end users with a variety of unit control options to protect the machine from unsafe operating conditions and optimized algorithms match the machine’s throughput to varying process requirements. Beside this company, Beimco provide engineering solution for OEMs in the plant including electrical and automation as well as mechanical and process via his engineering partners.
Industrial Automation
Services Automation engineering solution including functional design specification for hardware, software and HMI, ICSC architectural design and communication protocol definition to third parties, control and safeguarding component selections, hardware and/or software functional requirements specifications. Functional safety engineering services including SIL verification and SRS development, SIS safety requirement specification, hardware fault tolerance definition, SIS application software specification and functional safety assessment based upon IEC 61508 requirements. Due to the automation system application Beimco provides recommendation based on international standards like IEC61551 (for process), IEC62061 (for machinery), IEC 60601 (for medical), and etc.

Preparing required electrical and automation documents including panel layout drawings, field devices datasheets to purchase right devices for the desired application. Hazard identification, risk assessment, SIL/PL determination to design and develop a proper control and safety system. To bring machine operation under the acceptable risk based on IEC 62061, ISO 1200 and ISO 13849 requirements.
